Malhar joined GICOR in 2025, bringing over 10 years of experience in home interior products. Initially focused on supporting both the sales process and office operations, it quickly became clear that his expertise, organization, and client-first mindset made him a vital part of the team. Graduating with a degree in Computer Applications, Malhar has a rare ability to bridge the technical and creative sides of the business. His passion for design, paired with his deep understanding of customer preferences, allows him to help clients bring their ideas to life — creating spaces that feel personal, functional, and beautifully styled. Malhar is known for his calm, friendly approach and his love for delivering top-tier customer service. He thrives on helping clients find exactly what they’re looking for and ensuring every detail is handled with care. Whether it’s managing day-to-day operations or supporting the design and sales team, he brings clarity, structure, and a can-do attitude. Originally from India, Malhar enjoys playing chess, cricket, and diving into the world of esports during his downtime. He believes great design is a blend of creativity and strategy — much like the games he loves to play.

Darren wears many hats at GiCor. He oversees and rolls up his sleeves in the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Corporate Operations functions.

Darren loves to use his varied experience to complement the team at GiCor. Drawing from his functional and leadership experience in Business Development, Market Research, Recruitment and Executive Search, Darren has been focused on enabling architectural, engineering, construction and energy firms to grow and thrive with the best people. Darren also taught Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Human Resources at the Bisset School of Business (Mount Royal University). His education at the University of Calgary was focused in Marketing, Human Resources and Finance where achieved his B.Comm. and MBA degrees.

Darren’s work has taken him to across Canada and into the US with some extended times in Fort McMurray and Edmonton. He is a native Calgarian, with Saskatchewan roots, where his Grandfather homesteaded after immigrating from Argentina in 1913. Darren loves to be active and is involved in teaching, coaching, refereeing and enjoying activities like hockey, soccer, skiing, sailing, public speaking, latin dance and is starting to dabble in yoga.
