We can provide a simple set of design drawings, budgets & specs or a full turnkey experience which includes specs, budgets, tendering, purchasing, tracking, delivery, set up, installation, inventory management & warranty / follow up. Although we are located in Calgary, nestled in Alberta’s captivating landscape, we always look outside the box. Yes there are many wonderful manufacturers and resources right here in Calgary however each project is unique and requires sourcing the right products at the right price and in the required timeline. Sometimes that means shopping the world for your project so we have trusted & proven suppliers in China, India, Europe, America across the pond.

Turn around from start to finish can be anywhere from 2 to 6 months prior to possession and of course most custom manufacturer’s lead times are a minimum of 8 weeks so planning ahead is your best bet!

Procurement Services

Phase 1 – Pre-design Package

  • Review architectural drawings with client to ensure that corporate requirements are met (if applicable)
  • Make recommendations for architectural changes as necessary to accommodate FF&E items
  • Provide functional furniture layouts for public areas and guest rooms if necessary
  • Review of electrical, construction details and backing requirements for FF&E items
  • Includes client meeting time

Phase 2 – Furniture Package

  • Meeting with clients to determine project requirements
  • Interior finish review to initiate FF&E selections and specifications
  • Confirm working budget
  • Includes client meeting time for evaluation(s) along the way

Phase 3 – Specification Project Management

  • On-site inspections to ensure supplier compliance to specifications
  • Includes trips to site during specific stages of the construction process

Phase 4 – Supply (tendering and procurement)

  • Vendor evaluation and selection
  • Solicitation of bids
  • Price comparison

Phase 5 – Installation Project Management and Post Installation Service
