When it comes to window coverings, specifically for windows with unique shapes, angles or pitches, GiCor offers a wide range of products that can be customized to fit these specialty architectural designs. Many of these treatments are designed (in-house) using a varierty of products & suppliers in order to address the shading requirements for these non-standard windows.

GiCor is a multi-line dealer which means that we carry a range of products, each with their specific functionality & application. Often we use 2 or 3 of these suppliers to create a one of a kind, specialty, custom shading system for our clients. A list of products that can be used include roller shades, cellular (honeycomb) shades, Silhouette shades and shutters. Window types include “tilt & turn” (European) windows, arches, raker, octagonal, trapezoidal, triangular, circles, sloped glazings & skylight windows which represent a large percentage of these specialty requirements.

Switchable Film is a perfect solution for ANY & ALL shapes. It can be cut to fit windows up to 60″ wide x 120″ high. Power is 65 volt so MUST be factored in prior to installation. Essentially pre-planning is key for this solution.

Most products can be made as manual or motorized & can be controlled using a multitude of options including remote, wall switches, sun sensors, smart phones as well as integration with whole home automation platforms.
