Don and wife Kathleen owned JP Custom Draperies for over 30 years. Don brought his passion & “can do” attitude with him on every project and for every client for almost 40 years. His experience in the window covering industry made him one of the top installers in the city for decades. Don’s legacy will live on at GiCor, where we continually aim to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Don passed away in 2016 and is missed by all that knew him. He and Giles fostered a great friendship over many years before his passing.
At his funeral there was a gentleman that spoke in celebration of Don’s life and one of the things that I remember to this day was about the “dash”. It’s the time between when we are born and when we die. 1952 – 2016 gave Don a long dash which he filled with service to his family, his church and his friends. God bless my fiend!
