This client’s south facing - downtown Calgary view is nothing short of spectacular! The challenge: heat gain, glare and no privacy at night while pedestrien traffic is pretty regular. The curtain wall is over 24 feet across and juts out roughly 4 feet on each side. Not much room for stacking on the right but needed to be independent to provide privacy from neighbors to the west. Solution: Somfy motorized drapery tracks with a curved section on the left - stacking along the side wall. Alendel Fabrics provided the perfect sheer with just a little sheen to compliment this amazing room.
